Account opening form should be accompanied by • Passport size photograph • Address proof • Relevant documents depending upon the type of business establishment such as proprietorship, partnership, limited company, trusts etc.

PROCEDURES FOR OPENING CURRENT ACCOUNT

• Introduction by another current account holder • Self introduction Backed up by any of the following documents ➢ Passport ➢ PAN ➢ Election identity card ➢ Driving license ➢ Ration card ➢ Income tax/ wealth-tax assessment orders • Bank introduction • Introduction by direct selling agents of the bank

⇒ PARTNERSHIP FIRM
⇒ Account opening form duly filled in
⇒ Copy of partnership deed duly verified with the original
⇒ Photograph of partners who will be operating account
⇒ Company address proof
⇒ Company PAN card PAN card and address proof of partners
⇒ Registration certificate/affidavite
⇒ Authority letter (operating power of the account)
⇒ Introduction If the partnership deed contain any clause in respect of ⇒ operation of account , a letter specifically mentioning the operational instruction duly signed by all the partners should be obtained and recorded.
