PML Act has been amended and in place of 6 OVDs now only two documents are required for opening an account
i) Aadhar &
ii) PAN.
No one will be allowed to operate the account without the said two documents. If someone has applied for the Aadhar or PAN he should submit the receipt on the basis of which he can operate the account for 6 months with declaration that he will deposit the documents within six months.
